i Just got a 92 lude with h23 tranny but has a 96 jdm h22a engine
all i need to know is where the redline begines for the h22, cause the redline on my car says 6400

I thought JDM ecus go to 7800 - atleast mine went somewhere around there. Wish i still had it.

 

u think its safe to go to 7500 its all stock besides cai

 

redline is about 7200 - 7400, stock tach is a little off and everyone will tell you different numbers. So just say 7200, your wallet will thank you if you underestimate the redline anyway... My redline is 5000 because I hate buying gas.

 

redline is around 7200 on a stock tach, and rev limiter is at 7800 - 8000 in the stock tach.

 

why is the redline and the rev limiter so far off?
