headers getting HOT!!!!
I just installed a TB0357 Saab Turbo w/ a/r .42 compressor, a/r .48 turbine, and .45 trim Manifold w/ external wastegate mount Tial Wastegate at 11.6psi
I have had a problem with the manilfold pipes heating up and smoking... I tried heat wrapping but didn't do the trick... anyone else no of any solutions to my problem?

the pipes will get very hot. its the manifold man, they get extremley hot.
smoking means there is something on the manifold burning off, no matter how hot things get if they are clean they will not smoke.
if you think they are too hot then get an egt gauge and see what temp they are

Well, usually when you first install a turbo on your car, they will smoke for a period of time, once everyone get's expanded and core, it should sieze to do it ever again
yea it gets real hot and burns stupid **** off... but shouldnt be THAT bad... i think your running too much boost and not enough fuel..
what are you using for management? sounds like your leaning out and have no timing adjustments and throwing your EGT's thru the roof... hurry up and check it out. ...could be fatal
