Simple question!!

Was wondering if it is worth buying a cam gear for a sohcvtec?? I mean can you notice a difference, and if so which brand ?

Yes, there is a noticable difference. I think my friend is running a ZEX 53000 in his D16Z6. He ran a 15.7ish w/ the cam, intake, and exhaust.

depends on what you have done. if u just have basic bolt-ons i wouldn't see the point in buying a cam gear on a sohc, but if you're running turbo then that's a different story.

i havent noticed a difference i have intake exhaust, hi flow cat and cam gear. i have a findanza cam btw.
