Turn signal problem (short ?)
Let's start with I drive a 1993 Prelude Si. About a month ago, I put my key in the ignition and all of a sudden my left signal is on. I check the stalk and its in the neutral position. I pull the key out and the signal is still blinking. I remove the hazard fuse. I assume there's a problem in the switch assembly so I replace it (for $30 new). Problem solved, or so I think.
Yesterday, I start the car, drive about a block, and the signal turns on (by itself, I didn't touch it). Has anyone else experienced this short? I hate working on electrical problems and labor at a shop could kill me. I'm pretty sure there is a "hot" wire problem. Any thoughts where to start?
Thanks
