Ok, i bought a 97 dx hatch for a DD and when i got it everything steering wise was all good besides it pulling to the right a little bit. So i installed some suspension on the car and now the steering wheel shakes at higher speeds like 70mph. But it doesn't always do it. If im doing 70mph it will shake lightly and than stop and than shake really hard and than stop and etc. etc. Its only in higher RPM's. Both axles look good, no rips in any boots.....Anyone have any idea. I doubt an allignment will make it this bad....
Any idea's?

Tire balance.
Fault in tire.
Alignment(which has caused fault in tire).
Shock that's blown to hell + imbalance/fault in tire.
Bent rim.
Improperly centered rim.
edit:
Axle could also be fubar-d. If it's only happening under acceleration that would be a likely culprit also...

Here is the big kicker....If i stay exactly at 70mph it does it and than stops and than does it again and than stops...etc. etc. etc. Im using the exact same wheels and tires as before. And as soon as i did the suspension it started doing it. Im going to do a double check on everything and make sure that it isn't anything obvious. I know axles, tie rod ends, are all good. I will double check the rest and swap the wheels. And if all else fails i will pick up a camber kit and off to get an alignment. I've never had an alignment issue like this before, especially after a suspension install.

my old 88 tempo used to have a bad speed wobble too. anything over 80kmph and the steering wheel would shake preety bad, but that was just because i drove it into a tree... . . . ..repeatedly
get a alignment!
