Default Steering Problem

So i just fixed my cv joints/axles but my car still has this shaking problem, in the steering wheel, as you accelerate the steering wheel kinda wobbles, and the gas peddle seems to be "pumping" as if there are air bubbles in the lines or something, the wobbling isn't bad its really slight actually, its just kinda annoying, and i was wondering what could be wrong, it also makes this sucking noise like when you take a plunger and stick it in a toilet noise when im turning too, did i do something wrong when i installed my cv joints (i followed all the chilton instructions), or is there some other reason, thanks guys

Car is a 1993 Honda Accord 10th anni edition auto

If the steering wheel wobbles from side to side at slow speed (while you're rolling) you could have a broken belt in one of the front tires. The confusing point about all this is you're observation of an attendant noise.
The 'Sucking" noise you refer to could be a front tire rubbing on the plastic inner fender well when you turn.

Has this car been lowered; or is it at standard height?

it is lowered, but i have never experienced this problem before, the tires are brand new but ive had them on for about 2 weeks now, and just after the axle swap did i notice the noise, its very slight and you can barely hear it, but then its always the small things that cause the biggest problems, thanks for the reply

Have you balanced your tires recently? The shaking or wobbling could be due to having imbalanced tires. As for the noise while turning the steering wheel, have you checked the steering fluid level?
