I've been working on a buddy's 1990 Honda accord. right now the car's power windows will not go up or down from any switch, and the window relay has been replaced, the door locks will not operate (control unit was ripped out anyone have one that works pm me), and finally the brake lights do not light up when the headlights/parking lights are turned on, only when the brakes are pressed (we have replaced the two black boxes on the brake lights and still get the same issue.

 

Some one here has to be able to help me.

all fuses are good, so are the brake lights

 

Have you checked for any signal (+) or (-) at the wires going to the bulbs. Could be a ground issue is there signal at the relay for windows and if so does it also reach the door panels. It's a long process but you have to follow the power source to the fault and complete the circuit. Do you have wiring diagrams?
