1989 Honda Accord Electrical Issue
My 89 Accord Se-I surges power to the break lights when the car is off, does anyone know the issue could be?

So the brake lights are on all of the time? If so, sounds like the "stopper" has broken and need to be replaced.....small plastic plug that "closes" the brake light switch.

So they "flicker" on and off. Are you sure this is only happening when the car is off?
Might check the brake light switch for proper adjustment.
