pretty stupid question, need help. whats needed to mount a sparco seat in an EK? is it more than one thing? i want it to move foward and back so im assuming i need sliders. what else? and also, anyone selling these for the driver side only? thanks!!

 

you need sparco sliders for an ek there like 45 bucks or cheaper for the pair.

 

what about brackets? i always see seat for sale w/ sliders and "brackets". do i NEED those?

Brackets are not the same as sliders. You can have brackets without sliders.

These are Sparco sliders. You can't mount them to your car without a base or "brackets".

 

so if you have brackets w/o sliders..does that mean your seat will be bolted in but will not move? so if i want the seat to move, i need sliders and brackets?

 

Which Sparco seat do you have? If your seat is also sidemount, you can just get the MemoryFab super-low mounts. It's a side-mount bracket and slider combo- Everything you need to mount it to your EK. A little up there price-wise, though.
