i bought 4 used SRP pistons but one is fucked. i was wondering is there a place where i can just buy one srp piston? they have used rings on them but should i just get new rings? if so what brand? will any brand work or should i have to get srp piston rings?

you should be able to order just one piston direct from SRP as long as they are not custom pistons.

also always use new rings.....NEVER re-use used piston rings.......while your on the phone with SRP order a new set of rings from them.

 

Is it even safe to buy used forged internals??? ive seen some before but thats a part that I always thought you would buy brand new??

why not? as long as theyre good..

 

you can get single pistons from Summit http://www.summitracing.com just search for honda SRP pistons

i only seen a set of 4?

so only srp rings are recommended?
