Default seized bolt (that one bolt that connects the shock to the rear LCA)

600 pounds of torque, wd40, broke a wrench, broke a craftsman socket: nothing.

i dont want to resort to this:

so i'm asking you guys to see if any of you have some super creative way (or chemicals to spray) to get this little bastard off. i'm borrowing an even more powerful impact gun later this week to see if that'll do.

Also a Grade 5 or 8 3/8x16 x 1.5 with lock nuts and washer on the backside will work as well. That is what I had to do.

http://www.hybrid.honda-perf.org/a0-sus.html

anyways, thanks for the suggestions... i'll try to heat it up a bit before going at it again the end of this week although i still wish there was something i could just soak the thing in for a day or two to loosen things up.

Use the sawzall method I always plan ahead on all strut installs. The bushing is easy to replace. Don't was money on new lca's unless you want some fancy bling bling.
