Can u use a D-series O2 in a B?
if its a 4 wire going to a 4 wire then yes...i did it.... obd1 and 2 are compatible so yes....use them away....

I can answer that. No cuz its five wires i believe and CX either becuz there 1 wire.

VX/HX = 5-wire wideband O2
92-95 CX = one wire narrow band with no heater
all other USDM civic's 92-00 use a standard 4-wire O2. Which will work with any teg ECU that needs a 4-wire O2.

no but you can sell it and buy three 4-wire O2s.
