I am buying a 96-00 civic ex coupe because my 1993 civic ex coupe is wrecked beyond me wanting to fix it. I am going to use my old civic for any parts i may need. what parts can i reuse my motor is still in good shape it burns some oil but i don't really care about that since its going in a friends backyard/junkyard. can i reuse any sensors n such since my 1993 ex is throwing no codes?

no parts worth using can be swapped. the 96+ is obd2, unlike the 93, but i would salvage the motor, tranny, and ecu. all are worth a descent amount of money on here. hell i will buy the P28 ecu if the price is right.

my clutch in the 1993 ex was only 20k miles old can that be used in the y8 motor/tranny?

 

yes, 20k on a clutch isnt worth re-using in my opinion though.
