Default difference b/t d16z6 and d16y8 fuel rails?

I'm just curious if this setup will work...

I have a skunk2 intake manifold thats supposed to be for 88-00 civic with the D series motors... (both d16z6 and d16y8 motors)

However AEM lists 2 different fuel rail part numbers, one for each motor...

so basically my question is, what is the difference between d16z6 and d16y8 fuel rails and intake manifolds and are they interchangeable?

Probably just the way they mount to the intake manifold. I think the y8 only uses two bolts while the z6 uses three.

The FPRs are in opposite sides.

i searched for myself, didn't find anything. Could you link me to the thread you found?

ok, so if they arent interchangeable... then which one do I use on my skunk2 manifold thats stupposed to be good for 88-00 civics? It has 3 threaded holes for fuel rail studs.

Here it is:

Read carefully, it kind of confused me a little bit. By what he says, the y8 rail has 2 bolts. Someone with a y8 chime in dammit

edit, i found pictures of each manifold, and i'm pretty sure i'll need the z6 version... 3 holes in the same location as the z6 manifold. THanks!
