Default Stripped head on AEM Cam Gear Bolt

I have AEM 3 bolt cam gears with the hex head bolts and one is stripped (from previous owner). I can probably dremel a slot for a screwdriver in the head so I'm not worried about that.

Anyone know where to get a replacement? AEM will probably charge a grip.

Hardware store? Home Depot? Anyone ...

Check with your local hardware store. Instead of replacing it with an identical hex key bolt that will just strip out again, just get a regular bolt.

Good idea, I'm totally on board with that. I used my dremel tonight to cut a slot in the head to get it out with a screwdriver.

When I had the old style 3-bolt AEM cam gears, they came with these small head alllen bolts. I simply went to the hardwear store and got some grade 8 allen bolts with much beefier heads but the same diameter and thread pitch. Measure the thread pitch, length, and diameter of the bolts.
