STREETSTYLER CUSTOMER SERVICE = :BIGDUMBSDOWN:
Quite frankly I'm sure many others have done business with this unprofessional excuse for an internet sales firm for their integra in the past, but I had probably the single-most rude, unprofessional, discourteous conversation with either one of their employees or the owner today.
Placed an order for replica rear valances for my teggy on February 26 and it is now 16 days later, and all I've received as far as any sort of correspondence from the company is the "order confirmation" the day I placed the order. No updates, no tracking numbers, no "sorry for the delay the produc had to be special ordered, we expect it to ship at such and such a date and time." Nothing.
And their "Customer Service Department" what a joke. "Frequently Asked Questions"? Are you kidding me!?!? I want to speak with a real person, my question may not be frequently asked.
3 Different vendors were fantastic in expediting other orders I placed the same day as far as updates, tracking numbers, and courtesy. These include PASSWORD:JDM, ICB MOTORSPORTS, AND CARBON-FIBER-PRODUCTS.COM

Are you saying you had a problem with Carbon-fiber-products.com? I know the guy and he is a good guy, I can vouch for him. When he says he ships he ships. Must be some kind of mistake. Out of all of his business this is a first.
