i have a ls that was in my integra and i threw like 7 different codes, so i thought it was just the computer, (is now bad), so couple months go by and i started to swap the engine into my crx, and now it is still doing the same thing, it starts it is just really ruff, idles good, just bogs every tiime i give it some gas, it has new dizzy, iac, and the sensor under the throttle body for the cold start, i have different injectors in as well and it is still doing the samething, also check the timing, also good, have a chipped pm6 for tuning.
does anyone have an idea of what could be the problem

start out by finding what codes you are throwing.

it is in a different car now, not throwing any codes, but the codes were iac, map sensor, #1 cylinder position, tdc, o2, throttle angle, ignition output signal
