How much is this civic worth

How much is this civic worth
I'm getting ready to buy a civic eg and wonder how much I should offer for it... let me tell you whats it like....
Well the civic has a little honda rust not much at all. The guy before him replaced the fender and it sticks up a little... also something to do with a tierod so the wheel is a little messed up and alignment is kinda messed up too... I'm not sure if the car has a bent frame or not... also he was driving on the freeway and didn't have the hood latched all the way and then the hood smashed the wind shield and messed up the roof a little... also a D-series honda engine is swapped in it d15b8.
So how much should I offer for it? everything else like the interior is in pretty good condition...

maybe a grand to be generous, depends how bad the roof and hood is damaged.
A roof a little more pricey to fix. like body shop costs, cant simply just buy a new one a bolt it on.

well the guy said 450 with wheels... I'm worried about the frame being bent though....
This is just going to be a DD so its just going to get fixed up to OEM and then get painted.
