Default Aem..

Im using an AEM fron a civic SI..Now I know it is a little bit smaller than the one I should be using...HOw much bigger is the Type R AEM compared to the b16?Will there be some power to be gained if I got the type R Aem insteed?

I really dont think the difference matters. The ITR one is 3 inches while most of the other ones are 2.75. They might flow more in bigger sizes, but the throttle body is going to be the bottle neck, not the CAI. Just my $.02

Wow..thanks guys,I didnt think it would make a difference.Still good to know though,BTW I think with the smaller intake It may produce a little more bottom end trq!!

i'd get the 3". plenty of people are selling them so you could easily pick one up.
