Default SRS light on after auto to manual conversion

I recently dropped in my newly built engine and did a auto to manual conversion to my 98 prelude. Now my SRS light is on. I moved the rp13 resistor to rp14 on the ECU. I also unplugged the Auto controller. Does anyone have a clue on why this light is on?

Its on because something is wrong with your supplemental restraint system

Seriously, I don't know what it could be - but here are some suggestions.

Hook up a scanner to your car - and read the airbag system. It should be able to tell you what the problem is (derm, impact sensor.....etc). Go from there.

I've got an auto Xray scanner, but I don't remember seeing anything on the scanner that talks about air bag system. Is there anything on the auto tranny which has a sensor fro the SRS. I ask because there are alot of sensor harnesses which are unplugged that went on the auto tranny.

If you want to know what parts I used for the swap email me at yuleluder24@msn.com

Alright- when I get a chance, i'll look up everything on the airbag system on alldata a little later. Hopefully they'll have the components along with their locations. I'll report back sometime.

By the way, the High for Green Lane, PA is 74 degrees mostly cloudy. The low today will be somewhere around 55 degrees with a 60% chance of rain. Wind speed might reach 25mph late tonight.
