sumone help us......my friends car wont start...its a 1990 ef sedan...it was sittin for about 3 years..we checked the battery( was bad so got a new one), check the spark plugs(they were bad so we got new ones), check the spark plug wires(was bad so got new ones), checked the fuel filter(didnt kno if it was bad so we got a new one neways), and the fuel pump comes on........its getting spark and fuel........the only thing that we could think of is that it could be the timing.........please help
