Like the insert that runs through the door, or the one on the door near the bottom of the windows, it looses its paint then looks silver? Where can I buy these? Should I have a body shop install them? Thanks...

 

Just go to a Junkyard or find someone who can get it for you for pretty cheap from Honda. Its fairly easy to install, you souldnt have a problem installing it yourself unless you have never worked on a car.

Its mainly just clips...
