Default 94 EX Dash Question

Hey all, I was wondering if I would be able to mount the Defi VSD Concept Unit beneath my dash for a more clean appearance. Would this be possible? Listed dimensions of the unit are 1"dx2.5"wx4.5"L

Is there enough space near the driver's side?

That unit is meant to simulate a Heads-up display (as on General Dynamics F-16's and other Military Jets). If you try to direct view it, the digits will be upside-down.
Notice in their own picture:

It sit's on top of the dash facing up. It projects it's display upward, and is reflected back to the driver (same thing as a Tele-prompter). The display head is meant to be tilted to properly aim the display.
Cute idea, but I'd prefer a larger display, like that on some GM units.

You should have more than sufficient depth to get it mounted directly in front of you.
One point: The further away from the windshield you mount it, the higher on the glass it will display. Choosing your mounting point will allow it to display directly in your line of site, or just below it.

Is it just me, or is that a Euro-Accord that things mounted in? I swear I recognize the r/s wiper arm.......

Thanks Adams. Answers one question I had about the dash, now I'll ask my tech how to tear it out

Wondering if it would be easier to just have my shop install it in my dash instead of attempting it my self. I imagine there is a ton of plastic clips.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by P_Adams &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">You should have more than sufficient depth to get it mounted directly in front of you.
