Its good to say that everyone is ok. But shame to say the car is gone!

I saw that thing in person a few months back when there was a meet in central NJ.

 

shitty tires and too many different wheels.

Highway was a little flooded...hydroplaned and the car just lost control.

 

Isn't there not a big power difference between the h22a and the k20?

1. true..but this was a project so it doesnt matter
2. k series is the future
3. turbo setup was in the works so K &gt; H

Many are going to argue but before this gets out of hand, this was done for fun and it wasnt a waste of money because everything was pretty much done in-house so that wasnt really an issue.

k motors increase power from a few things vs h or b series. i.e. slap a i/h/e/k-pro or reflash on a k-motor...easy 200+....now do the same to a h series or b series...don't really think you'll break 200+ with just that stuff. Those motors can make good power

sucks to see you had an accident...but at least the driver is alright. but nice job on a k swapped prelude....definately the first i've seen

Stock internal H22A with i/h/e gets you 200hp at the wheels....think harder. There are benefits to a K over an H but don't put down the H with incorrect facts. Now back on topic.


Sucks that the K20 prelude is gone...I remember seeing pics of it a long time ago. I really liked the idea of a K20 lude. Glad the guy is ok. Hopefully he does another k20 lude but this time use a k24 block with the k20 head
