Default Installing lowering springs on 00 Civic

I just ordered my lowering springs. They should be arriving soon. I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find a guide on how to install them yourself. I know many people install springs themselves and I'd hate to pay someone else to install them for me. Advice/Walkthrough would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!

Just to clarify, these are not a coilover kit, right? If they were, they are so easy to put on.

its very easy to do. just make sure you put penatrating oil on all the bolts, heat them up with a propane torch if possible. makes it easier. oh and don't loosen the middle bolt on the shock tower until you compress the spring, or your head will get taken off. try a search on this yet?

a little secret is to take the bolt up top in the middle loose first without jacking up the car,, when you jack it up the tension is already relieved and no ones head is taken off
