ok, so like it says, i'm tryin to figure out what the best thing is to do w/ those two holes and i'm hopin somebody has some advice. i know i could get two breathers and pop those on, or get a catch can for the oil, or should i use the tube to link them together?

I plugged the hole in the intake and got a breather filter for the head. I heard some bad things about hooking them up together, although I originally had mine that way and never had a problem.

why would it be bad if it comes from the factory like that?

 

Breathers are stupid. Just link them together as it came originally.

edit: also, this would be an incorrect place to put an oil catch can since it is sucking air into your valve cover. You would put a catch can at your PCV valve.
