hey, i am pulling my h23/vtec and building it for boost. i was just wondering if i could get some opinions on which sleeves i should use. (i want to run 15-20pounds and want to build it properly) i will be doing every thing to this motor to insure strength. any info or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

I like Bensons sleeves because they are open.
