i gots an 89 with a b16 but the vtec still wont work after changing the solenoid i looked at my ecu and its still throwwing a code 21 but now its throwing a code 7 and 17, which being are tps and vss. problem i am having is with my cable driven speedo do i even have a vss and if i dont how do i fix my ecu so my vtec will engage. anyone have any idea shoot cuz ill try anything at this point

 

if your speedo is not working properly it will disengage vtec thats all i know should fix that asap
