Correct me if im wrong but I need help with taking off the spindle under the distributor cap, from what I know theres supposed to be a small allan wrench in the center to un tighten it ..... but theres something clear blocking the hole. This is my first time removing the spindle, anyone run into this problem before? Thanks.

 

Where are you located? I'm not really sure what spindle you are talking about.

right when you take the cap off ....

 

thats not what you take off...there is a screw on there look right behind it and you should see what im talking about, just crank it until that screw is on top then you can take it off and replace it

 

You mean the rotor. There's a screw or allen screw on the shaft of it.
