No Codes...

I'm sure my jumper was making a connection, it's just not giving any codes. CEL stays on solid...

Anybody have experience with this problem? Any ideas on what to check?

solid MIL usually means faulty ecu..

try a known good ecu..or try that ecu in another similar car/engine...
