if you get your ecu chipped and you use a program like uberdata you can disable the speed limiter.

you could pick up a field's vtec controller pretty cheap, that will remove the limiter.

there's no free way.

chip the ecu, get rid of the jdm ecu or get a field's vtec controller

arg, there's g2 be another way around it, I don't want to chip it because I don't want it to run rich and act all gay, I've had too much exp w/ things running rich/lean and ******* with the car, I hate it, and I usually can never fix it, and since there's no dynos around here, I mean, I WOULD do it myself, but then I risk f8king up a 120 buck ECU, and nobody chips it reasonably, want like 70 bucks for 15 minutes of labor + 10 bucks in parts

not to mention I don't even think it's worth it w/o anything on it (only I/E), i mean ****, my next step would be to pull my old laptop out and make a RT tuner...but on a stock? c'mon....

Well, it's really not 15 minutes of labor, but you could always just have it chipped with stock maps...
