Default spun a bearing on my zc what should i do?

ok i spun a bearing on my zc and locked it up i want to keep the motor and rebuild it but is it worth it to do? will i have to do any machining on the crank or the main jounerls because it seized? or can i just pastigauge it an put new bearings in it?

find another engine.......you cant machine honda cranks or you will spin another bearing.....

ok, so i cant machine a honda crank so are you saying i would have to because the motor is seized?

If the motor siezed, you need a new block and crank.

Says who? Honda internals aren't made of lepricaun (sp?) tails, its just treated steel. Overszie bearings come into play
