very QUICK/SIMPLE questing about ebrake!

ok when i adjust the ebrake, does it adjust for both wheels, or i gotta do one individually?

im guessing ur talking bout the i think it was a 12mm under the arm rest area.. it adjusts both but the metal thing angles or tilts or whatever if lets say pads in back have uneven wear
