alright just bought a 97 civic hatch about 2 months ago ...and i have been taking my motor decision very seriously.. but ive finally got it... im going LS... then hopefully in about 6 months i could run boost but thats in the future.. but my quick questions are:

1. Where is the best possible place or website to get this complete swap? (ive already read where everyone got their swaps in the "swaps" topic.. but i was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this motor)
2. Whats a good price range for an ls motor?
3. and when i do get the b18... anyone wanna help me out with a turbo suggestion?

i know i should be in other forums with some of the questions but this is really the only forum that gives good direct answers. please any help would be great ... thanks in advance.

 

good price range for an ls is free - 600 . my friend paid 600 for a wrecked DA and got the motor out , put a set of rods in it and runs 15psi with a holset hx35 . he ran 12.7@111 at 13psi , hasnt ran it with 15 yet in the 1/4 . he just ran 1/8 friday night and ran 8.21 @ 91 @ 15psi on street tires . impressive to me . turbo is cheap as well . website not real sure , you can probably find it here though . hope this helped

I got a B18C from member: Circuit Star-29 who was friends with a guy that sold engines from "http://www.IMPORTCLASSIFIEDS.com"

They are extremely good with customer service and great deals. PM Circuit Star-29 and ask him if they have any B18's for you etc.
