Depending on what it is that crapped out; yes (and No)
If it's the Drive Motor; Honda reports a $197.00 suggested list price. Depending on the shop's prevailing Labor Rate (and additional parts needed) it could be in the ball park (although I don't see it worth $100 in labor)
If it's the Window Regulator; Honda reports a $70.00 suggested list price. If that's the case, they are out of the ball park.

You didn't specify exactly what they reported it needed...

Assuming it is the motor or the regulator that is no good,

if it is from the rear window, motor comes with regulator as an assembly,,I cannot recall if in the front you can get either one .separate,,,,From honda it is quite expensive,, get a non factory motor/regulator ..Autozone sells them ,,if you cannot do the job, take it to a shop and just ask them to install it for you,, Labor should be 1 to 1.5 flat rate hr ,, so depends on their hourly rate , that will be the price to replace it ..

If you're good turning wrenches and can find your way around the inside of your car's door, it's not a stretch that you could install it yourself. Either that or find an Independent Honda repair shop in your local area and have them install it.
As far as the motor is concerned, you can save quite a bit either by:
Buying a known good used motor from a local Auto Recycler
or---
Buy on on-line from either
http://www.hondaautomotivepart...y.jsp
or---
http://www.hondapartsdeals.com/
For about $147.00 USD
or---
http://store.directauto.com/re....html
For between $50.00 to $75.00 for the assembly* (depending on application)

* Motor AND Regulator

I don't think you can get the motor seperate from the regulator (from a Honda dealer). And from what Magestic Honda lists a regulator for, $300 isn't a bad price (with labor). Link below.

On the '90 Accord
The motor is available seperately for the Front Door Glass:
4Dr EX Sedan:
http://www.hondaautomotivepart...GLASS
2Dr EX Coupe:
http://www.hondaautomotivepart...GLASS

But, yes; it is not available (seperately) for the rear door glass.

We are talking about the L/S Front door? Correct?
