car dies in traffic

I am driving to work I got a 93 honda civic dx and I pull up the on ramp, then hit a bump then car quit for a second thern came back on. is it a loose a ground? or something else

uhh any mods to the car ? diff engine ?cold air intake ? raining ? did u pray to god earilier today?
