I used these, the hex fits right into the holes perfectly, nothing is sticking out, they are flush with the plastic. Inside the other end, they flare out a little at the tip.

is this thread for real? you are protecting corners. so now they will just take the whole car so they can get those sweet $20 corners.

 

well, my car is all stock very minor mods. It's not locked on the other side, I think it just better than the philip ones. Nothing special about them.

i think he put the hex screws in with the head on the inside...not sure though...

Well, he's just making a point I think. I understand where he's coming from b/c I had mine stolen when I was in the movies. Too bad for that guy b/c he was bragging about stealing them. Took care of the issue later that week and got my corners back but decided to leave them on his car.

 

did he just put the screws in from the back? it's hard to tell from the pic what he did.

very important if you go to college and park on campus, those things wont last 2 weeks without some kind of protection.

 

so from my understandign this is a hex screw? you got the dimensions of it?

i like what i see.. soder may not be the greatest.. and plus.. usign hex and putting it from inside the bumper.. would be next to impossible to take out.. unless they rip the plastic off for the corners
