Default Maintenance

I'm going to be putting high lift cams and high compression pistons in my gsr. I was wondering what I should be checking every now and then? Paper on the box says that these cams will put more wear on the valvetrain/engine. When should i be changing timing belt etc? thanks in advance.

While you're in there, do the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner. You're supposed to do 'em every 70k miles.. but trust me, GET IT OVER WITH. It's a 300+ job if you take it somewhere. Not to mention it's a 1000+ job if your timing belt snaps due to not changing it earlier. Good luck.
