Problem with New Taillights!
Hi, i bought new altezza taillights from ebay (proexhaust) for my integra dc2 96,
great service but i had them installed and theres a gap on both, at the top corners
where rain can get in and it looks ****!! they where cheap, 20$ 65$ shipping and i dont know if the person who installed them did it right, did he cut the chrome bit or did they come like that! Thinking of putting original lights back on
Anyone else have the same problem? any help would be great!
Love the site, only have the car a year, lovley motor!
Cheers.

What frightens me more, is that he had them installed...
To swap taillights, you need a metric wrench set. Maybe a screwdriver too, I don't remember too well, I just did it when I got home before running upstairs one evening, took all of 5 minutes.

Anything OEM. If you have a red or green car, I think the 98+ USDM look best. If it CW, then the 94-97 tails can look good, as can the JDM 94-01 tails.

I noticed he's foreign. Maybe the F&F craze is just now sweeping across the land over there. Anyways, to the OP...altezzas are ugly. Sell them on ebay even if you have to take a little bit of a loss for them.
Since you're in Europe, get some USDM taillights and I'm sure all the european bitches will be all over your nuts.

Well, one of the reasons OEM is so much better is because it was made with the car, and therefore will always fit better than aftermarket. Especially cheap ebay parts. Rule of thumb: You get what you pay for.
Altezzas are always made terribly, and they're never going to fit perfectly.
There's nothing you can do.
Also, i can't believe you paid someone to install them. I installed a set of tail lights in my high school parking lot with a wrench, 10 minutes.
