royal purple oil question?

hey, i was considering moving to royal purple oil in my 99 LS...but, a friend of mine told me that purple isnt good in honda's. he dint really give a real detailed answer , but he mentioned something about the oil sludging or something like that? does anyone have any proof of this, or could this be a false statment?

Every1 is going to tell you to search. I could tell no diff in mobil 1 and Rp, If your doing it for extra hp.

i did the search, only thing i found was somone asking about using it in a bike...
