you should post this in the hybrid forum, but no, youll need mounts, axles, some custom exhaust work (that n1 may be too small), and some wiring changes, go read the hybrid sticky about h22 into ek/eg.

You need on top of that:
motor mounts- I bought HCP from jdmshit.com
axles- driveshaftshop.com is your best bet
wiring- you can make your own or hasport.com
exhaust- your N1 will work fine, just need some welding done
misc bolts/fluids/hoses/gaskets
