help!crx turn off everytime the fan goes on

crx with jdm b16, i have pr3 ecu, new dist cap and rotor, new ect sensor and o2 senor, but everytime the fan comes on the car dies, any know why?

either that or there is a bad gound that cant handle the extra electrical load when the fan turnes on
