jdm power fold when power off?

Anyone install Power folding mirrors and have them fold when you turn the car off or park? I heard somewhere you can rig it to the ebrake or something?

I've heard that and hooking it up to the alarm, (when locked fold in, unlocked fold out) which is what i would like to do with mine. As well as the push button.
