ok i just installed projector lights 1 of which completly doesnt work but thats not my problem now , anyways i cant get the bumper fully back on on both sides , the bumper was held on my like a total of two bolts , one on each wheel well..... , it doesnt seem to click into place , theres resistance when i push it in all the way , so now my right side is hanging off a little near the headlight....

 

Are you sure you are installing it properly?!
Remove the front grille just to help you install it!!! There are 3 "slide in bolts" right under the front grille, and it is tricky to have the bumper cover sliding in under the headlights without touching any obstructions. So you have to be careful when installing it. The side end of the bumper cover have a clip which helps it hold with the fender, and if you broke them when removing, you will need to make new holes closer to the inner part of the bumper cover and be careful not to drill the whole out of the fenders then.
