Default Where to Run Lines On FUel Cell

I am mounting a fuel cell in a 1991 civic. Here is my question. On my 1991 Civic. The fuel lines run inside the car from the factory. It runs right under the door and goes to firewall, then goes under hood, but on the inside of the car.

Now if i put a fuel cell in the car. Can I follow the stock fuel lines. Or do I have to run the lines under the car?
