Before I list what I installed Today..I just want to Thank Dave from R&D for the great service !!!! Would def order from R&D Again!!!Dave went out of his way to make sure my order went as smooth as possible. My daily emails were always answered within 5min! Thanks again Dave! Also want to thank Dave from SMSP for making the custom cat and having it shipped to my house within two days! Thanks Guys! Anyway so here is what I purchased

T1R Power 63 Cat Back Exhaust
T1R 4-2-1 Response Header
SMSP Cat
EMRacing C-Pillar Bar
Finally Found the OEM Rear Tower Bar ...thanks to NWP4LIFE

Overall this setup is Loud as FAWK from inside the car but I love it! A couple of years ago I had an Apexi Dunk Cat back that was no where near as loud as this bitch is! Anyway on with the pics..& Videos......

How is the Butt Dyno compared to stock? I was thinking about the same set up, but If it is really loud I might have to reconsider, starting this summer we have a Pacer program in my city, which is basically cops that are really knowledgeable about the import scene, and all they do is look out for loud exhausts, street racing and illegal swaps.

How light is the whole system excluding the header? lastly, when you mean loud, is it raspy or deep loud, also how loud is it when just crusing?

Thanks

the silencer def is good for daily driving.....the exhaust is very deep not raspy at all...over all everthing was really lite...compared to the stock ...overall i'm happy with the setup...I think I might get rid of the AEM CAI though...The car feels very slugish before vtec.....I hear the Mugen is GOod I may pick that up once i save up....

So I guess it is no meaning for high flow cat if it does not let you pass emission test.

How about a real dyno?

Blue line - Stock
Red/Green lines - T1R 65mm catback, T1R resonated testpipe, DC JDM 4-1

Dyno's were done on the same day, same car, same dyno.

PS - His header should make more power than the DC JDM 4-1, but I am not sure how much the 2mm smaller piping will affect performance, not significantly on a ITR motor I would imagine.

One suggestion I have is to loosen the bolts at the collector a bit to allow the springs some room to work. With the bolts fully tightened and the springs completely compressed, the flexibility is removed from the joint, thus eliminating its usefulness.

As for the cat, I had no problems passing NJ inspection (at the DMV) with my SMSP cat paired with a DC Sports JDM 4-1 on a 1999 Civic Si. However, I unfortunately can't recall whether the tester actually used a tailpipe sniffer during that inspection, as I wasn't paying a great deal of attention.

Had my car inspected and the car passed with flying colors...passed NJ emissions.
