Apexi muffler?

Apexi muffler?
i was told apexi had a new muffler only for sale in japan, with like a built in variable silencer....ie like on of those things on the back of jet engine.....why? is my frsit question, where? is my second.......anyone know anythign about this?

i heard about it a while ago. its 2 be real quite as daily low rpm range and free flow and high rpms.. only avalible in japan u CAN ORDER THOUGH FROM APEX-I
