could someone tell me what this thing is on my tranny with three hoses coming off of it (towards the left of the pic)? this is a b16

It's a fluid pump... for power steering i beleive... it makes power steering speed sensitive by adding pressure. Just leave the ends open on this VSS, or run your stock VSS.

It bolts in with that one 10mm on the tranny case. Easy swap out.

so that cable in the middle is what goes to the spedometer? i thought the 91 crx si had an electric signal in place of the cable type. i may be wrong though. but if that is the case, my old vss will fit on the b16 tranny?
