vss problems
I have a b16 in my 91 integra, I hust swapped the s1 tranny in for the old ls tranny, the vss is different in the s1. the ls tranny has a connection fo two hoses, appears as if they go to the steering rack, but the vss from the s1 didnt have these. I have no power steering, can I just use the s1 vss?

so you put an s1 transmission in your car? if so, use the VSS that came with it.
i can't think of any reason why the transmission would be connected to the steering rack.....

the vss is connected to the steering rack to provide lubrication to it, because it takes the oil from the transmission and sends it out to the rack, but the vss that is in th s1 transmission does not have these oil feed and return lines because it is out of a car that has a manual steering rack. So I can not just use the vss that was in the sl tranny because it does not have the oil feed and return lines that the ls tranny had.
still dont know what to do.......anyone?
