JDM d15b SOHC vtec

will this pass the state referee examination? it's bone stock with a virgin p08 ecu.

what's consisted of state referee. is it a smog station? i never had to do this ...

go to your smog station. if you pass, then you're good to go.

i'm actually asking for somebody who is going to take this engine i have off my hands. they need to take their vehicle to the state referee.

i kind of want to just take it their myself just to see if it will pass to make it easier on the people.
